We ship across all governorates in Egypt. Below you'll find everything you need to know about delivery times, costs, and order tracking.

Delivery Zones & Timeframes

We currently deliver to all cities and governorates in Egypt. Delivery times vary depending on your shipping zone, we have 6 shipping zones as follows:

Cairo & Giza
Alexandria & Beheira
Canal & Delta: incl. El Dakahlia, Damietta, El Gharbia, El Ismailia, Kafr El Sheikh, El Monufia, Port Said, El Qalyubia, El Sharqia, Suez
Upper Egypt 1: Asyut, Beni Suef, El Faiyum, El Minya, Sohag
Upper Egypt 2: Aswan, Luxor, Matruh, Qena, Red Sea
Sinai & New Valley: New Valley, North Sinai, South Sinai

Delivery times for each zone is as follows:

Cairo & Giza: 1-2 business days
Alexandria & Beheira: 3-4 business days
Canal & Delta: 3-4 business days
Upper Egypt 1: 3-4 business days
Upper Egypt 2: 5-7 business days
Sinai & New Valley: 5-7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier capacity, weather, public holidays, or high-demand periods (e.g. Sales, Ramadan, Eid, etc…)

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated based on your delivery zone and will be shown at checkout before you confirm your order. Fees are subject to change based on the couriers’ prices and prices here might not reflect the latest prices offered so please refer to the shipping cost shown in your checkout page. Current delivery fees are:

Cairo & Giza: 130 LE
Alexandria, Beheira: 135 LE
Canal & Delta: 145 LE
Upper Egypt 1: 160 LE
Upper Egypt 2: 180 LE
Sinai & New Valley: 200 LE

We provide free shipping on orders over 2,500 LE inside Cairo and Giza only. For faulty or defective products (30-day), Allcats covers return shipping costs after inspection and confirming the defective/faulty item. For No-Reason returns or exchanges, the following fees apply:

Cairo & Giza: 145 LE
Alexandria, Beheira: 155 LE
Canal & Delta: 160 LE
Upper Egypt 1: 180 LE
Upper Egypt 2: 195 LE
Sinai & New Valley: 220 LE

Order Processing

Orders are processed with 1-2 business days
Orders placed after 1 pm. Or on Fridays/public holidays will begin processing the next business day
You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and as soon as its ready for shipping. Courier will be in touch with you to arrange delivery.

Payment Methods

We offer 3 payment methods for our orders, payment by card, Instapay or Cash on Delivery (COD). For Cash on Delivery, please have the exact amount ready for our delivery partner if possible. There is an extra charge of 45 LE for COD payments

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via SMS. You can also check your order status by contacting us directly with your order number.

Failed or Delayed Deliveries

Our courier partner will attempt delivery 2 times. If delivery cannot be completed, the order will be returned to us, and our team will reach out to reschedule.
Please ensure your address, building number, and phone number are accurate at checkout to avoid delays.
If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated window, contact us and we'll follow up with the courier on your behalf.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund per our Return & Refund Policy.
